Returns and Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

To request a return or exchange, email medonbardic02@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us. After that period, production may have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed. Once delivered, pre-order items are eligible under the same return conditions described above unless a product is clearly marked final sale before purchase.

Pre-order production and dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If a significant delay occurs, we will provide an update and available options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
