Shipping & Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Production

ARME products are currently offered by pre-order. Please allow approximately 5–7 weeks from the order date for production and dispatch. This is an estimated lead time and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping and Tracking

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and the order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when available.

Orders containing multiple products may ship together when all items are ready. We may split a shipment when necessary.

Address Changes

Email medonbardic02@gmail.com within 48 hours of ordering to request an address change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or fulfillment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or damage, contact us with your order number. We will help review the shipment with the carrier. Carrier investigations and resolution times are outside our direct control.
